Restore & Align Yoga 1 Session
A gentle & nourishing 50 minute session to align mind, body & soul. To relax & connect into your body. Each session starts with a breathing/ grounding practice, then some slow gentle mobility movements, ending with some longer held gentle yin type poses, such as Legs Up the Wall or Supported Bridge pose, to develop tissue resilience (most muscular issues are often connective tissue issues) & calm the nervous system. Think of it as a “rest, reset & refresh” session before you head back to work for the afternoon.
