Public Classes

I teach weekly yoga classes at the beautiful Awhi Yoga & Wellbeing Studio, Central City Wellington and at the Abundance Studios based in Thorndon & Lyall Bay. Classes are open to all levels. Awhi is open to the public & anyone can drop in/ join, Abundance is membership based, free to any City Fitness premium member. The public classes I teach are:

Hot Power Yoga - A challenging Vinyasa-style class in a heated studio focused on strengthening and stretching the body using dynamic, fluid postures.

Yin - A gentle yoga class focusing on deep twists, bends, and folds designed to improve flexibility and range of movement.

Heated Flow - A dynamic Vinyasa-style class heated to 32 degrees.

Revive - A strong Vinyasa-style class that combines strengthening, dynamic postures with restorative postures.
