Working one on one, we can create a personal sadhana (practice) that you can then take into your daily life, to practice anytime and anywhere.
Group Session
This is a great option if you have a group of friends, colleagues or whanau who would like to learn yoga, at a time that suits you.
Private yoga classes are the perfect way to take your yoga practice to the next level. Whether you're a beginner with many questions and a little nervous about getting started, a seasoned yogi/yogini looking to refine your practice or someone who wants individually tailored advice to support recovery & injury prevention, a private yoga session is immensely helpful and fun!
Lasting between 45 minutes to two hours, these sessions are a powerful tool that allows you to see deeper insights, go deeper into your practice and relieve stress from a long day.
Our work together will intertwine yoga postures, movement, meditation and breath work. Sessions are tailored to your request and draw influence from Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative practice. Where appropriate, I may also apply the Alexander Technique to your practice.
Price per hour: $120.00. Discount of 20% for 5+ pre-booked sessions. Longer sessions are available on request.
One on One
Small group classes are offered to ensure that each student receives adequate personal attention. They enable a balance between personal attention and safety, with lessons tailored to the majority of the group, and cost-effectiveness through sharing the price of lessons between students.
The small and friendly setting encourages students to ask questions as they proceed through lessons, each learning at their own pace.
Yoga can also be a special way to bring together a group such as a Hens or birthday celebration. Whilst I treat the practice very seriously, this is also a great opportunity to have some fun and connect as a group. I will make sure your group has a nourishing, relaxing and playful time.
