If you lead a busy, demanding life and are seeking to open up space in your body and mind, I’m here to assist. Together, we’ll embark on a yoga journey where you’ll receive my complete focus. My sessions are tailored to your specific requirements, and I offer hands-on guidance to aid you in navigating postures safely. Any yoga pose can be adapted to suit your comfort. Private instruction delivers customised sessions that can flexibly fit into your timetable and take place at a location convenient for you.

Through my sessions, you’ll experience improved strength, flexibility, mental well-being, and balance.

A key to a healthy mind & body is learning to consciously pause, breathe and listen to our own bodies.
